Join Chesapeake Alumnae Chapter for their fundraising event Shop for a Cause on Sunday, November 4th from 11 AM to 3:30 PM. There'll be 20 vendors to fill all your shopping needs as well as a bake sale to meet your sweet needs! There is a $1 suggested donation at the door and all proceeds benefits the Alpha Gamma Delta Foundation!

The ΑΓΔ Foundation is turning 50 and you’re invited! As we celebrate our 50 th Anniversary of helping Alpha Gam sisters and their communities, we are approaching the $10 millionth ever awarded. This is an achievement that is only possible thanks to the loving support from our alumnae chapters and clubs and sisters like you. Want to join in the celebration? There are many ways to participate in this memorable milestone; one of the simplest is by sending an eCard to a sister. With an online donation it’s easy to brighten a day, send thanks, honor a memory, or celebrate a special occasion.  Send an eCard . Become a Jewel!  With a minimum individual donation of $500 or a $1,000 chapter/club donation you will be recognized in Foundation publications and during our 50 th Anniversary Convention celebration as a Jewel Society member.  Donations must be received by May 31, 2012. This past Saturday, several ODAC sisters braved the newly chilly weather and stepped out (and volunteered!) to stop diabetes at the National Capital Area American Diabetes Association  Step Out: Walk to Stop Diabetes.
