ALPHA GAMMA DELTA FOUNDATION ELECTS THREE MEMBERS TO BOARD OF TRUSTEES


The Alpha Gamma Delta Foundation is pleased to announce the reelection of two members and the election of one new member to the Board of Trustees.

Christine McMahon Malchow, Epsilon Beta – University of Kansas, joins the board as a newly elected trustee. Professionally, Christine brings product marketing management and sales experience to the Foundation through her work in the medical biotechnical and device fields at Dendreon Corporation and DePuy Spine, and as an independent marketing consultant. She has also served as a member of the Johnson & Johnson Women’s Leadership Initiative. Christine resides in the Seattle area, and has served Alpha Gamma Delta in numerous local positions including International Reunion Day (IRD) Chairman for the Greater Seattle Alumnae Chapter, and Operations and Technology Advisor for Iota Chapter – University of Washington. Christine received a bachelor’s degree in Sports Science from the University of Kansas and a master’s degree in Business Administration from Regis University.

Reelected to the Board of Trustees is Estacia (Staci) Medlen Brandenburg, Beta Delta – Indiana
University. Staci received her bachelor’s degree and juris doctorate from Indiana University. She served nine years as Associate Director of the Office of Gift Planning for the Indiana University (IU) Foundation, and was founding director of the Indiana University Student Foundation at the Indianapolis campus. Staci is a member of the Foundation’s Governance, Strategic Planning for Fundraising and Fraternity Grant Selection committees. Professionally, Staci serves as Account Executive for MJ Insurance in Indianapolis where her legal training and background provide strong support to the areas of insurance and risk management. Staci has served Alpha Gamma Delta as Chapter Advisor, Campus Relations Advisor and House Association President for Beta Delta Chapter – Indiana University. She wears the Arc of Epsilon Pi.

Also reelected is Patricia (Pat) Tulley Riddiford, Beta Iota – Eastern Illinois University. Pat began her service on the Board of Trustees in 2004 and currently serves as President. Pat has also served the Foundation as Treasurer, chair of the Finance and Fraternity Grant Selection committees, and on the Strategic Planning, Investment, Personnel, Strategic Planning for Fundraising and Fraternity/Foundation Partnership committees. Pat received her bachelor’s degree in Business Administration and holds over 25 years of management experience in her family’s construction company. Pat is an active member and past President of the Fox Valley Alumnae Chapter, and has served as Province Director‐Alumnae, Alumnae Development Committee Member and as Local Arrangements Chairman for the 2004 Convention in Chicago. She wears the Crescent of Epsilon Pi.

As the Foundation welcomes Christine to the Board of Trustees, Benita Wilson Dick concludes her twelve years of service to the Foundation. “It is with heartfelt gratitude the Foundation thanks Benita for her service. Her leadership as Vice President and President of the Board of Trustees, and on committees too numerous to count have prepared the Foundation for its next 50 years of growth and impact,” noted President Pat Tulley Riddiford.

The above members join Janis Lang Bartosz, Zeta Delta – Towson University; Deborah Schmidt Eschenbacher, Zeta – Ohio University; Peggy Kuebler Field, Alpha Beta – University of Michigan; Debbie Douglass Roth, Omega – University of Akron; Sue Maggio Sim, Sigma – University of Illinois, and International President and Trustee Jackie Brannon Stutts, Gamma Delta – Auburn University.

“We are delighted to welcome both the new and returning sisters to the Board of Trustees and look
forward to the talents, expertise and passion they bring to the organization,” said Riddiford.
