Update! Foundation Announces New Emergency Disaster Relief Fund

Last week we received one of the most frightening Fraternity calls we can ever receive. “There’s been a fire at the Upsilon (University of Oklahoma) Chapter house.” The thankful news - everyone is safe. The hard news – the chapter house is uninhabitable for the rest of the school year. Local advisors were onsite and lent support to the campus administrators who were scrambling to find a place for 61 women to spend the night. And there were other basic needs to consider: food, clothing, toothbrushes, school supplies and books …..the basic needs that are so easy to take for granted.

In response, the Alpha Gamma Delta Foundation has established a new Disaster Relief Fund to help provide immediate emergency support to our sisters facing a disaster in their lives due to fire and other natural disasters. Our Upsilon sisters are the first to benefit from this fund and with your help funds will be available for sisters in the future who experience loss from disasters.

Please help us help our sisters with a donation to this fund!

  • Make an honor donation and send an eCard to the Upsilon Chapter women. The Foundation will compile the eCards and send them all at once to the chapter. Use foundation@alphagammadeltafoundation.org to send your eCard.
