Alpha Gamma Delta Collegian Enters Chapter Grand

Alpha Gamma Delta is saddened to announce that collegian Cassie Hill, Gamma Eta-High Point University, entered Chapter Grand on February 1, 2011, as the result of a brain aneurysm. Cassie was a native of Marietta, Georgia.

An optimistic, trustworthy and selfless young woman, Cassie will be deeply missed by her Alpha Gamma Delta sisters. “Cassie was one of the most amazing people I have ever met in my life,” said Gracie Silbaugh, Cassie’s close friend and Alpha Gam sister. “She welcomed people into her life with open arms. Cassie was a model Alpha Gamma Delta [woman].”

A senior at High Point and former Vice President Finance for Alpha Gamma Delta, Cassie was pursuing a double major in marketing and management. After studying Chinese for three years and a trip to Hong Kong over fall break, Cassie had a goal of traveling around the world and experiencing a variety of cultures.

In lieu of flowers, contributions can be made in her honor to the Brain Aneurysm Foundation at http://www.bafound.org/ or to the Cassie Hill Memorial Fund. To donate to the Cassie Hill Memorial Fund, please send all donations to High Point University, 833 Montlieu Avenue, High Point, NC 27262, Attention: Chad Hartman.
