I am trying out an idea that I have for a fundraiser for IRD at this event. If you are coming, please bring a donation for the local food bank. Put your donation in the back of my Volvo which will be in the parking lot and bring one item from your donation into the event and give it to me. The food bank needs these items: fresh fruits and veggies, soup, cooking oil, vinegar, condiments, canned meats, spaghetti, egg noodles, pasta sauce, coffee, tea, ramen. Not accepted include expired foods. Or if you would just like to send a financial donation, you can do so at www.cornerstonesva.org. Note that it is from Old Dominion Club of AGD and it will count toward our group donation. And let me know so we can count it as part of old program. Thanks.
